Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the dried red hibiscus leaves then soak in the water for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Sieve the solution and add sugar to the desired sweetness.
  3. Add more water if the hibiscus is too strong. Taste and add more water or sugar to get the right balance.
  4. Serve with ice cubes or blend with ice.

Optional

  • Save time by boiling the flowers and sugar in 2L water for 5 minutes, then sieve and leave to cool.
